The App supports the tracking of ground services within the Turnaround Management solution of INFORM’s GroundStar software suite.
The users of the App receive a list of assigned tasks and their details. As soon as the status of their tasks change, the user has to update the information using the App
It minimizes voice communication and paperwork and reports the job status to the GroundStar system.

Supervisors:

The App enables the user to monitor flight details and turnaround activities within the Turnaround Management solution of INFORM’s GroundStar software suite
The core aim of the product is to provide transparency about all relevant information for a supervisor who handles multiple flights at a time.
It minimizes voice communication and paperwork and therefore increases the user’s productivity
